Erin Sauer

MSW, LSW

Hi! My name is Erin, and I am a licensed social worker. I hold a B.A. in Communications and a Master of Social Work degree, both from Rutgers University. Social work and the field of mental health have always been of great interest to me. The brain is an amazing organ and can be both the source of our successes and our struggles, sometimes simultaneously.

I seek to empower my clients with empathy, support, and education, no matter what brings them to therapy. Everyone has inner resilience and strength even at their most vulnerable. A behavior does not define a person, one’s current trajectory is not one’s final trajectory, and as humans, we are not simply our experiences on our worst or best days. Therefore, there is always hope for positive change even when it doesn’t seem possible. Humans can do amazing things! I believe therapy can be impactful not only for those dealing with mental health disorders but also for those who feel stuck, experience languishing, or continually repeat patterns that aren’t serving them anymore.

My strengths are in understanding and coping with anxiety and depression, relational and family experiences, generational impacts, life transitions and grief, postpartum challenges, and understanding addictive behaviors.

I look forward to working with all my clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences to find solutions to what brings them to therapy. Mine is a strengths-based approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and the teaching of coping skills, mindfulness, and reframing, to best support, you, the client.

Kiana Watkins

MA, LAMFT

Hi, I’m Kiana M. Watkins, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Widener University and completed my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University, where I also received certification in Trauma-Informed Systemic Therapy.

I’m passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals, couples, and families feel heard, valued, and empowered. My experience includes working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm, developmental disabilities, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles. Whether working individually or with couples and families, I strive to foster understanding, connection, and emotional healing.

I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and various other therapeutic approaches to meet each client where they are and support their unique journey. My goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, growth, and well-being.

As someone who cares deeply about mental health advocacy, especially within the African-American community, I’m committed to helping break the stigma that so often surrounds getting help. Every person deserves the chance to heal and thrive, and I’m here to support that process, one step, one story, and one relationship at a time.

Trisha Pearson

MA, LPC

I'm so glad you stopped by, and I am excited to work with you. Each client is wonderfully unique, just as their challenges and aspirations are. My approach to therapy stems from my belief that every individual deserves a tailored, personalized strategy to address their specific needs and goals.

The rewards of this journey can be genuinely transformative, allowing you to make real-time progress and achieve the positive changes you seek, all while receiving the support you deserve. It's important to acknowledge that building a therapeutic relationship takes time and that real change is a journey, not a sprint to the finish line.

My primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), complemented by an Eclectic Approach that draws from various therapeutic theories. Applying what we discuss in our sessions to real-life situations is vital to see genuine change. Over my years in practice, I've gained extensive experience in understanding the unique difficulties and challenges different populations face.

I've worked with clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, LGTBQ issues, childhood trauma, trauma grief, parenting difficulties, behavior modification, and stress management. I'm available for telehealth appointments only.

In our therapeutic journey, I draw upon various techniques, including evidence-based methods and a humanistic and holistic approach. Together, we'll explore practical strategies that resonate with you and align with your unique needs and goals.

Caitlin Gross

MS, LAC

Hello there! I'm Caitlin, a Licensed Associate Counselor. I'm passionate about helping individuals, especially children and adolescents, navigate their emotional challenges. One of the critical approaches I embrace is the client-centered therapy model, which places the client at the center of the therapeutic process. This approach means that I prioritize your unique needs, values, and goals throughout our sessions. Each person is the expert in their own life, and I'm here to facilitate your personal growth and healing journey.

In addition to the client-centered approach, I incorporate play therapy and sand play techniques. These creative and expressive methods are particularly effective when working with children and adolescents. They provide a non-verbal and engaging way for clients to communicate their emotions, resolve conflicts, and build coping skills. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and autism.

I understand the unique challenges that each of these conditions presents and tailor my approach to suit individual needs. Collaboration is a fundamental aspect of my therapy style. I believe in working with parents, caregivers, and other support systems to create a holistic and effective treatment plan.

My specialties include Child Parent Psychotherapy, Parent/Child Interactive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Sand Play Therapy.

Marcia Koetting

MSW, LCSW

I have spent the last ten years providing counseling services to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of personal and mental health issues.

I believe that all people have the right to self-determination. As such, I take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to working with people. I do not think that one type of intervention works for all people. Instead, I utilize several treatment interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My specialties include Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Illness, LGBTQIA+, Stress Management, and Coping Skills.

Meged Eisenberg

MA, LAC

Hello. Regardless of whether you’re trying to work through a problem, grow as a person or couple, or just need someone to listen, seeking therapy means seeking change – and I think that takes guts!

No matter what we’re discussing, my focus is always on seeing your world as you see it – because I believe that real healing begins when we have a compassionate and non-judgmental space in which we can freely express ourselves and feel understood.

I take a culturally sensitive approach and draw from a number of different perspectives including cognitive-behavioral therapy (challenging self-defeating thoughts and beliefs), psychodynamic therapy (understanding how our early-life experiences shape the way we see ourselves and the world), mindfulness (noticing and accepting what we are experiencing in the present moment), and existential therapy (finding meaning in life).

I look forward to working with you!
